Compass Community Ltd in Worthing is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager and lead high quality, child centred care in a therapeutic children's home. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills within residential childcare and make a lasting difference in young people's lives.

Ideal candidates will be a Senior Residential Worker or Deputy Manager with at least 2 years of experience, NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, and a valid manual driving
