Spa Fitness Manager

Job Description

An key opportunity has arisen to join the team at Headlam Spa as Fitness Manager. This role for a qualified and experienced fitness person with excellent customer care skills includes:

• Management of the spa membership
• Offering gym inductions and fitness programmes for members
• Offering a number of fitness classes alongside those provided by external instructors to provide a class timetable suitable for the membership
• PT for members
• Making sure that gym equipment is kept in good condition and liaising with suppliers to arrange repairs/replacements as required
• Support on spa reception and in pool plant

40 hrs per week (days TBC)
Competitive basic salary
+ share of gratuities
+ bonus scheme( 10% of overall PT revenue)
