Spa Fitness Manager - Lead Member Programs & PT Bonus

Job Description

Headlam Spa is seeking a qualified Fitness Manager to lead the gym and deliver excellent member care. You will oversee memberships, run inductions and fitness programmes, and coordinate classes with staff and external instructors. Personal training will also be a key part of the role.

You will ensure equipment is well maintained, liaise with suppliers for repairs, and provide support at reception and in pool plant as needed.
