Resident Engagement & Activities Coordinator

Job Description

Radbrook Care Home in Shrewsbury is seeking an Activities Coordinator to design and lead a programme of activities that promote social interaction and independence for residents. You will assess individual needs and design group and 1:1 activities, coordinate birthday and special celebrations, and work with staff to enhance residents' quality of life while managing the budget.

The role is part-time (26.25 hours per week) with alternate weekends, offering induction, training, and benefits
