Luminary Bakery is seeking a Bread Baker to own and grow our artisan bread range, with a strong focus on sourdough. You will lead daily production, ensure quality across sites, and mentor junior bakers while collaborating with the wider team to maintain consistency and profitability.

The role demands technical expertise, leadership, and a passion for community impact in a social enterprise setting that empowers women through baking. This is a fulltime, on-site role at multiple locations.
