Location: Stoke On Trent

Working Schedule: Thursdays 8am - 5pm and Saturdays 8am - 12pm with overtime available

Rate of pay: 13.45ph

Contract type: Temp to perm

Adecco are recruiting for a customer facing Branch Sales Advisor to join a friendly team based in Stoke on Trent.

This is a temp to perm part time role with overtime available and duties of the role will include a mix of customer service, sales support and occasional delivery driving to customers (Full UK Driving License required).

• Deliver excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services.
• Carry out customer visits and occasional outbound sales calls.
• Process orders, transactions, and customer enquiries using internal systems.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming branch environment.
• Support with stock management and general branch duties.
• Drive a company van to complete customer deliveries when required, covering holidays and absences.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within retail, trade, or a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers and promoting products and services.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• A flexible and reliable approach to supporting the wider team.
