Field Sales Executive

Field Based UK Travel

30,000 - 35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE 60,000+ in first year) + Company Car/Car Allowance

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and winning new business opportunities across installers, trade partners, contractors, developers, architects and specification-led markets.
• Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.
• Representing a premium product range and building strong relationships with new customers.
• Conducting customer meetings, site visits, showroom appointments and networking events.
• Supporting the onboarding and development of new trade partners.
• Working closely with internal technical, estimating, operations and marketing teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify new commercial opportunities.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in field sales, business development or account management within a B2B environment.
• Experience selling into sectors such as construction, building products, windows & doors, aluminium systems, glazing, architectural products, interiors or similar.
• A strong track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to protect margin whilst delivering value to customers.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing your own territory.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
