Air Export Specialist

Job Description

Location: Crowthorne

Salary: Up to 35,000 Hybrid Working Available

We're recruiting for an experienced Air Export Specialist to join a well-established and respected freight forwarding company based in Crowthorne.

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end air export shipments, preparing export customs declarations, raising HAWBs & MAWBs, liaising with airlines and overseas partners, and delivering first-class customer service. You'll also support the courier department by booking jobs, monitoring shipments, and keeping customers updated.

• Minimum 2 years' air export freight forwarding experience
• Strong knowledge of export customs procedures
• Experience preparing HAWBs & MAWBs
• CargoWise experience beneficial but not essential
• Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills

• Up to 35,000 depending on experience
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
