Fanvue in London is seeking a systems-level Growth Lead to own the full end-to-end growth loop-from acquisition to retention and monetisation-across marketing and product surfaces. You will build the Growth org with P&L responsibility reporting to the COO.

In the first year, you'll expand US market presence and drive GMV toward the $250M run-rate while establishing cross functional processes, dashboards, and scalable experimentation to power rapid, data-driven growth.
